This study systematically reviews the science and technology talent policies of China and the United States, extracts the main characteristics of the two countries' science and technology talent policy systems, summarizes the institutional experiences and practical paths that can be learned from, and puts forward targeted work and policy recommendations.

This study, from the perspective of the technology trading market, uses a difference-in-differences model to quantitatively analyze the actual impact of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy on the technological attractiveness of the three regions, explores the underlying transmission mechanisms, and proposes targeted countermeasures and recommendations.

This is a self-research project of the Beijing Institute for Talent Development Strategy. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development as a national strategy, this study focuses on the field of talent, systematically analyzes the status quo of the integrated development of talent in the past ten years in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, highlights initiatives, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
